This collection marked a turning point in my practice—focusing on modular silhouettes, sharper tailoring, and the tension between structure and intimacy. It was launched through a pop-up at 00 in Tokyo, offering a direct introduction of the work to the Japanese market in a setting that felt both personal and ceremonial.

The core of the collection revolves around pleated skirts, structured wool and leather biker jackets, and a series of flap-back shirts inspired by Los Picaos—a religious brotherhood in northern Spain known for acts of public penance. The shirts reinterpret these ritual gestures through precise tailoring and exposed construction, opening up the back to reveal a flap held in place with buttons, creating tension between concealment and vulnerability.

Materials play a key role throughout: boiled wool, raw denim, and Spanish-sourced leather are used to reinforce a sense of discipline, while the silhouettes remain wearable and streamlined. The leather/wool hybrid biker jacket becomes a focal point of the collection—boxy, grounded, and quietly imposing—balanced by soft wool shorts and skirts with subtle pleats and hand-finished detailing.

Each piece is handmade in Paris, using European-sourced fabrics and hardware. The capsule was created specifically for the Japanese stores, with compact silhouettes, narrative precision, and a tightly edited selection that reflects the rhythm of independent retail in Tokyo.
